Service overview and agreement
- NOTARY SERVICES The notary will perform only those services permitted under applicable Texas law. The notary does not provide legal advice.
- IDENTIFICATION & WILLINGNESS Clients must provide acceptable identification when required and must personally appear before the notary. Clients must be willing and competent to sign their documents.
- DOCUMEMNTS Clients are responsible for providing complete documents
- FEES & TRAVEL Notary, travel after hours, weekends, holidays, and same day fees are based on the pricing provided at the time of booking. Any applicable fees will be communicated before services
- APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will subject to applicable fees.
REFUSAL of Services The notary reserves the right to refuses or discontinue a notarization when legally required or when the notary has a reasonable concern, willingness, competency, or compliance with applicable law.
BY PROCEEDING WITH AN APPOINTMENT, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
